How much will it cost today to rent an office space in Klang . We are talking above high rise, with parking lot . We would say it will be at range RM2.50 to RM3.00 per square feet. It has been steadily increase every year due to demand. High rise office space have been a choice for businesses in Klang especially those related to shippings and logistics, whom are the larger group, as Klang is indeed a Port town . How much will it cost for a retails space or wholesale space in Klang? Will it cost more?
How much will it cost you to rent a space in Klang City Square ? High rise , mutli storey free packing. Were built for retails, but nothing less suitable if are to be use as an office. RM1 maybe ? But it will definately a good bargain for now . LG to 6th Floor . Eight business level .
