Klang City Square , a multi-level shopping centre . Open for business around end 2006.The 9 Storey Commercial Shopping Complex consist of 6 levels of Shopping Retail Cum 4 levels of Car park . It houses more than 500 retail outlets
The mall standing along Jalan Pasar near the Klang River ( future attraction if developed -hopefully ) Where else we have waterfront? Adjacent to Shaw Centrepoint . Next to Klang Digital Mall .
During the early 2007 , it was tenanted by IT and phone accessories retailers , goldsmith jewellery, fashion items and cyber cafe . Situation do not turn out well and as expected . Luck ran out for many. Many factors were accused , such as klang town road re-structuring, pending completion of nearby malls , bad traffics and etc. Not forgetting number 1 factor. Owners' responsibility to utilize the properties.
The waits now exceeded more than 3 years . What are the on coming progress ? Klang road upgrading is coming to completion , hopefully mid 2010. We see textile and tailoring business coming in . Is this the beginning ?
Klang a port city , gateway for all trades . Is it not, Klang City Square standing on the busiest ground?
It could do better.
